It seems that we are on the same journey somehow... I am also walking the path of alternatives, and am determined to find out a way to obtain 100% remission sooner or later. Up until now I have also had good experiences with diet: restricting/ removing rice/pasta/bread etc. Did not manage to exclude potatoes as you need SOME carbs for energy. I also take natural supplements to reduce the inflammation,. For me this Diet + Greenlip mussel oil (PCSO 524 lyprinol) and palmitoylethanolamide 3 times a day reduce symptons to about 30% of what they are normally! Gonna try to keep lactose out now too. Please also keep writing about your discoveries! I wish you strength and healing.

Wow James...Nice to connect with you! I agree that going fully starch free isn't healthy for the Long term...but you can probably do it for some years without repercussions. I get my carbs from fruit! Since fresh fruit isn't supposed to be mixed…
